About the Job
We’re seeking a Field Services Technician to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for providing exceptional service by installing and troubleshooting video, internet, and telephone services for residential and business customers.
Install, maintain, and service customer equipment within fiber, copper, fixed wireless, or collocation networks.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
Understand network infrastructure and facilities to ensure quality service delivery.
Communicate face-to-face with customers to ensure a positive experience and provide education about services.
Collaborate with other departments and network support teams to deliver top-notch on-premise service.
